All Black Gate Trail Cameras use our OneSIM technology. There is no need to select a carrier since we use them all. All of our trail cameras automatically connect to the best signal available.
A camera not transmitting can be multiple things but it is usually fast and easy to resolve the issue.
- Check to make sure the batteries are full and charged.
- Check to ensure there is a data plan assigned to the camera and the camera is activated.
- Check the antenna and ensure there is service available in the area you are wanting to use the camera.
- Format the SD card and or replace the SD card and format. Format should be done on the camera.
In the event that you need to return an item, contact us, and we will issue you a reference number and walk you through the return process.
